1. Cancellation & refund schedule
Because the idol and perishable items (sweets, plants) are prepared and packed specifically for your delivery, refunds on a cancelled order are calculated based on when you cancel, not as a flat full refund:
- On or before 31 August: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- 1–5 September: 30% refund of the amount paid.
- 6–14 September: no refund, as orders in this window are being prepared and dispatched for delivery.

2. Damaged or incorrect items
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement of the affected item(s) or a partial/full refund at our discretion, depending on the issue.
3. Non-returnable items
Because the idol, Gowri set, sweets, and potted plants are perishable/customized-for-delivery items, we do not accept returns for change of mind once delivered.
4. Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days, though your bank's processing time may add a few additional days.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted but the order does not show as confirmed, contact us with your payment reference — we will verify with Razorpay and refund any duplicate or failed-but-deducted charge.
